Owner is Rude

Been here a handful of times for everything from facials to Botox to lip injections. Staff is very sweet. I was in about a month ago and business was slow so was nice to not have to wait too long. My appointment was scheduled in advance as usual and price was set over the phone as usual. However, in the middle of my treatment Mark, the owner, barged in. Thought he was coming to greet me or say thank you for your continued business and the numerous people you have referred here...but no, he was rude and notified me that this would be the last time I would be getting a discounted rate on this particular service which was set and discussed on the phone prior. He was out of the room as quick as he was in. It was extremely rude and condescending. I felt like a little kid being yelled at by the their parents. It was actually embarrassing and I was embarrassed for him. Very unappreciative and ungrateful for the years of business I had given him and numerous referrals I had sent there. Maybe an off day but I will not tolerate being talked to in that kind of way or degraded like that. It’s unacceptable. I will no longer be going here and have notified my friends of the situation and advised them not to go here anymore as well. I will not give business to anyone who talks down to women. Ever. Good luck Mark. In a time like this you should reflect on how you speak to people. Money doesn’t make you better than someone else.
