July 27-Two Weeks After Surgery

I went for two week follow up. Doctor removed stitch from belly button. Comment how great I was doing with healing. Reminded me the swelling will take three-six months to go down.
I changed the binder I was wearing to what seems like a more comfortable one. By days end, I have back spasms. Oh...did I mentioned I sneezed and thought I was going to die, it hurt so bad. Still having trouble getting up out of the recliner and I am unable to sit in normal chairs. I pushed myself over the weekend and went to a move and was miserable and tired out very quickly. Dr. said I will have more energy week three. I am still sleeping in the recliner, doctor suggested to sleep in bed.
I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THIS WEEK :)
Daily: Dress my scar with Vitamin E Oil and Plastic Tape.Breast exercising to allow the implants to fill the top pockets.
The bruising is starting to fade.

Excited to see my results progress. Next appointment with doctor four weeks.

June 20-One Week After Surgery

Bruising seemed worse than after surgery. Still sleeping in recliner.

I don't like the way my belly button looks, but doctor says it will be fine.

June 19th, Follow Up With Doctor.

Went for follow up and drainage tube was removed. Dr. said I was taking very good care of the incision areas, dressing and draining not as much as anticipated. Go back in one week for another follow up.

Dr. said I would be better after 2nd week and energy level would be even better at three weeks.

I can do THIS! The results are going to be awesome.

See photo of fat and lipo he removed from my body. I am not sure how to tell how many pounds that was.

Also...showed me exercises to do with breast to utilize pocket at top for when I purchase new bras. I am not to buy a bra for at least six weeks while breast adjust to body. They are looking great, no pain compared to Abdominoplasty.
