Juvederm filler in lips

Pouches in upper lip one resulting from injection that was a year and a half ago.

I have two pouches in my upper lip now. The "horizontal" pouch appeared shortly after my first lip injection from a year and a half ago. The "vertical" looking pouch came with the recent injection last week. It may seem minor but I noticed and so does my family. Not to mention I didn't pay to get my lips deformed. I just wanted a subtle fullness. What caused these pouches and how can I actually get rid of them?

Did you ever find out what it was from and did you find anyone locally that does good fillers? I haven’t started test because I am nervous with available DRs in the area. Any help would be appreciated! Btw your lips are still gorge!
