I had breast augmentation 20 years ago and over time my saline implants had encapsulated and hardened. I began looking for a plastic surgeon to redo my implants. I asked for referral's and went on line to do some research. Dr. Steely was referred to me and I really liked the before and after pictures he had posted on his website. I knew after my consultation with Dr. Steely that I would schedule my revision surgery with him. I found it challenging to describe the results that I was looking for. I had saline implants and would be replacing them with smaller silicone implants.
The post surgical results exceeded my expectations! Dr. Steely really listened to what I wanted and now I have implants that feel and look like exactly what I asked for.

That's great your implants lasted 20 years! What made you decide to get your revision? It sounds like you got about the same size bra cup? I've heard silicone implant sizing numbers are a bit larger than saline. Glad you're happy with your results!
You can actually see that your new implants are softer. I bet you feel so much better. I also think going under the muscle helped them look natural too. Did you notice the hardness of your old implants when you hugged people? Yes, I can imagine you were relieved to be able to continue using your current bras!
