I have been wanting to have the excess skin...
I have been wanting to have the excess skin removed from my back/ab area for about 4 years. I thought with diet and exercise it would get better over time. Even though I stuck with my routine for a long time the skin never improved like I was hoping. I am 2 weeks post surgery and still have some swelling but can see a huge difference already!
