Provider Review
Hi I chose to get a rhinoplasty with Dr. Ross the first procedure was in June 2017. I have no complications except for the fact that it was crooked he left too much bone on the left side of my bridge of my nose. Also I noticed that I wanted the tip to be smaller and more refined so he went back in operated on me September 2017. After the surgery he took the bandage off in the bone was still there on my bridge, I was really upset because I had just had him go into my nose only at the three-month mark of my healing. I also noticed the whole entire right side of my nostril was covered in scar tissue. A couple weeks later I noticed that the purple nurse of my nose was getting extremely worse. I am writing this January 2018 and it has officially been six months since my last surgery with Dr. Roth and I can tell you that every day my nose is bright purple, the scar tissue is still significant all over the right side of my nose and obviously the bridge is still crooked with the bone sticking out. He has refused to give me a refund and I’m now seeing other doctors trying to get a second opinion because my nose is cold like freezing ice every single day and I have to take a hot bath every single day and immerse my nose and hot water or my whole Face is freezing. dr. Roth has called the police on me he won’t let me protest outside of his office about this procedure all I’ve wanted is my money back because it’s going to cost to me over $16,000 to have a ENT facial board certified doctor fix my nose. The doctor is not very nice to me, I feel like he is only involved in this business for the money. He does not have any sympathy for me at all and when I tell him that my nose is crooked and extremely purple he tells me that it’s just swelling and it’s going to go away with time. After talking to some other facial reconstructive doctor they told me that they cannot operate on my nose and that it’s extremely strange that my nose is this purple at six months and they say that it should only be purple for maybe the first month or two. I have had to drop out of school and quit my job from this surgery going wrong.
