5 month update

Hi everyone :). I'm sorry I haven't updated in a long time. Overall, I am happy with the results. It is a small difference, but it means that I feel comfortable enough to wear jeans, sweatpants, and dresses and not cover my butt all the time. Honestly, I have been thinking about going back to get bigger implants. I loved having more of a pear shape when I initially had the surgery. For now, I've just been doing a lot of strength training. We'll see :). Also, I have no idea about the size of the implants. I just know that they're supposed to be custom. I can't feel them at all. This may be because I'm almost 170 pounds at 5'4". In conclusion, it was totally worth it, in spite of the small difference.

Swelling has gone down a lot

Hi, everyone :). I haven't posted anything for a while because I was waiting for the swelling to go down. I think I'm almost two months post op. I'm pretty happy. The asymmetry between the left and right hips is a bit annoying, but I don't think it's that noticeable. Also, the implants are pretty soft, and I can't really feel them at all. I've been going to the gym, and haven't had any issues with stretching or lifting heavy weights.

Before pictures

Here are some more before pictures. I'm a bit thinner here, but you can clearly see the hip dips. I don't have many before pictures at my current weight, because I just was feeling so unattractive :/. Feeling good now though :).

Hip implants will rotate. Left one flipped twice and right one rotated over 50 times in a four-year period. Recommended upsizing to correct the rotation issue. I trusted him when he said it was going to be a small increase. I told him I wanted them to look and feel natural and that’s what I thought I was getting. The implants ended up being huge, felt like rocks, and stretched my skin so much it felt like serrated chicken filets. They did not feel or look natural at all. Strongly question his judgment, honesty, and aesthetic. My skin is permanently damaged. Developed a complication. He agreed to see me. I arrived on time for my appointment and flew out there at my own expense. He kept me waiting for over 2 hours and 45 minutes because he had a stomachache, and then got upset at me for worrying about needing to catch my flight back home. He examined me for less than ten minutes. I have been patient this whole time. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, and insolent. These implants are bad news. Even if you miraculously end up with a good outcome the first time, they will rotate. It is only a matter of time. Also their payment system is a ripoff. You end up paying significantly more because of the service fee. Staff is nice. Much more professional than he is.
