Hey beautifuls!

I am 22 years old, 4”9 and 100 lbs!

About a week ago, I went in for my breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Hankins from Dr. Hankins and Sohn Plastic Surgery (Henderson).

I went to him based off of their ratings on Yelp and reviews off of RealSelf.

During my consultation, the entire staff was extremely kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable and helped select an implant that fits my anatomy plus my desires.

I walked in wanting an implant anywhere from 400cc-450cc, High Profile, and under the muscle.
However, based upon my height and frame, Dr. Hankins recommended the Ultra High Profile that’ll give me the extra projection I want and also give me a bit of a lift considering my breast are slightly sagging due to childbirth (I have a 23 month old son). I am aiming for a fuller look that’ll give me side boobs with a cute cleavage!

Here are some pictures of me pre-op. I know I’m anywhere from an A-B cup but fit well with a 32C at Victoria’s Secret.

What I’ve decided on is 455cc Mentor Silicone Round (Smooth) Implants Ultra High Profile, under the muscle, with a periareolar incision (incision site is through the areola).

Can’t wait!

Post Op: Day of surgery for a bilateral breast augmentation.

My chest literally feels like an elephant is on it. A lot of pressure and pain. Hard to take in deep breaths, sleep, and eat. Crackers and water are literally all I can tolerate for now.  I did vomit a few times and sleeping sucks because I’m having minor back pains here and there. Overall though, I’m happy with how everything went down.  I don’t really get to see how they look like until I go in on Thursday to get my bandages removed and then I’ll be leaving with their sports bra. I’m really excited to see how they’re gonna turn out and I am aware that they’re sitting pretty up high there but will eventually settle down later. Doctors and nurses were great! I remember talking then suddenly waking up to boobies! Lol! However, the pain meds need to be a higher dosage because breathing is extremely tough for me. The pain in my chest continues to linger. It also doesn’t help that I have a 23 month old toddler constantly needing my attention. I am beat!  Back to my boobs, lol Although they’re bandaged up for now, I can absolutely tell I choose the right implant for me and my frame! Thank you for all of your support and kind words. I love you guys?? #UltraHighProfiles #underthemuscle #MentorSiliconeGel

POST OP DAY 2: Bandages Removed and into a Sports Bra! 22 Years Old, 4”9, 455cc UHP Mentor Silicone, Under the Muscle

Post Op: Day 1 (had to reschedule to remove bandages tomorrow instead because doctor was in surgery all day).
Post Op: Day 2 - I had my bandages removed and my breasts are super high up and sore! They look square and really odd, but I knew it was normal. After all, my body did go into shock.
I was given sports bras to wear and only to massage my breast inward. I wasn’t allowed to massage them in any other way. I had to massage them for five mins in 15 second increments for about 3 times a day (according to doctor, it’s different for everyone else).
So I took some pics with my bandages on, how my boobs look when they were removed and how they look in a sports bra. The bra was a little too big but I’m sure over time, my breast will settle more.
I also put some pics up of me in a wig with my sports bra on.
I know they haven’t settled yet but I sure hope they end up looking bigger than this because I was expecting a much fuller look.
Only time will tell.
Until then, I will continue to massage and walk around in hopes they settle to the size I like!

Good luck with your healing! They will definitely look much bigger, especially in the lower poles when your implants start dropping.
