How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Despite having never had any children, at 42 my breasts were really droopy and empty due to some weight fluctuations and a genetic tendency towards skin laxity. I battled with them every day to get them to stay put! And I never felt good about taking my shirt off. Not even when I was alone! I had wanted to get a lift for many years but never could get up the courage. Finally I decided to take the plunge.
I am not one to take the time to write reviews, but I want to encourage anyone considering this procedure to think about Dr. Hankins in Henderson, NV...because my results are phenomenal! I honestly can't believe how well they turned out. I could not have ever imagined that my breasts could look as good as they do....they have never looked this great in my life! I will post some photos on another day.
I want to let anyone super nervous about this procedure to know that they will survive! And how important it is to put yourself in the hands of a good surgeon. I could have been more scared. I would cry just going in for my initial appointments! I had never so much as broken a finger in my entire 42 years of life....so when I decided to do this procedure the day after my 43 birthday I was filled with anxiety. I took my valium as prescribed, and then on the day of surgery they gave me additional relaxants. They said they rarely see anyone as terrified as I was. I mean...I even took out life insurance. So if you think you are too scared to do it....you aren't because I did it!
Recovery was pretty much as expected and that you will read online. It is another thing to actually live it rather than read about it though....it seemed to take forever to feel good/normal again. I am now 2 months post-op and still don't have sensation in my left nipple, and have some hypersensitivity in my right. For several weeks all of the skin covering my breasts was hypersensitive, which was awful....there was nothing soft enough that actually made me comfortable.
But I did follow the post-op instructions to the letter and was super super careful about my activity and cleanliness. I encountered ZERO issues with any aspect of my surgery. Minus the whole continued lack of sensitivity thing, which I am told will probably work itself out in time. I thought I would be devastated if that happened, but they look so damn good even with the scars (my scarring is not that bad as I am very fair skinned) that I am not upset by anything.
So huge kudos to Dr Hankins and his staff for being there for me every step of the way, answering questions, easing my stress, giving me realistic expectations....and delivering results that are beyond my wildest expectations. Couldn't be happier!
