Those discounts saved me 1500.00 :) I'm so thankful for this. My husband is in the military and we are stationed at New York. A silicone breast augmentation in NY was going to charge us $10,000. Yea we weren't doing that. Luckily we have family in NV where we are very happy we decided to do the surgery there instead. Costing us only 5150 plus the (optional) 400 for the preventative scar embrace steri-strips and silicone warranty. Although I won't be able to have in office visits for the other post op app. , I'll able to send pictures and keep in contact by phone.
Early 1 week post op appointment
This was the 5th day after surgery. I had to have an early appointment due to my flight arrangements. They changed my steri-strips. We discovered I had a blister above my left incision (which was a big surprise) because it's not what I expected but dr.hankins says it's not a big deal, I just now have to keep an eye on it and was given ointment for it in case it popped. In 1 week I'll remove the steri-strips. I purchased the 60 day steri-strips that prevents scarring that cost me 200 and also purchased the silicone 10 yr warranty which was was another 200. At this point I'm at a scale 5- 6 for pain. I do rely on the pain killers for myself to get through the day and sleep.
First day after surgery. I chose 550cc
I was in so much pain. It sucked. The first day after surgery they'll take the wrap off. It felt a lot better because it released some of the pressure. I was still in pain on a scale 7-8.. although I felt relieved. I was still very stollen. I was given 2 sports bra and the bras do help the support. The pain killers is what helps the most!
