Completed the fourth microneedling with PRP on Friday
Quick update as I've gotten some requests to update after the third treatment. I think I can see some slight improvements after the third treatment. My face is overall smoother and the deepest acne scarring along my jawlinehas definitely become more filled in. Not much change in my pore size or hyperpigmentation from what I can tell.
I had the fourth session on Friday. The usual microneedling procedure with PRP. At the end, Dr. Undavia also directly injected some of the worst acne scars around my jawline with PRP as he did after the third session (but not after the first or second session). I have uploaded one picture after the I got home from the fourth treatment and another the day after. It is 48 hours now, and I am beginning my usual peeling as well. The peeling though is fully coverable with moisturizer.
I return to his office for my post pictures in 6 weeks.

Third Microneedling yesterday
I had my third microneedling session with Dr. Undavia yesterday. Dr. Undavia was great as usual. He did it himself yesterday as his assistant was out of the office. The same routine occurred with my blood being drawn, my face numbed, and then the microneedling done with PRP applied on my face. I was out of his office in one hour.
2 weeks post second microneedling session
Since people have been asking for an update, here is a picture 2 weeks after the second session. This is at the end of the day so my face is a little oily/shiny in the picture. I don't see any big changes yet, but again this is only two weeks after the second session. My third one is coming up in one week.
