In October 2013, I decided that I wanted to reward myself for losing over 50 lbs with a tummy tuck, implants with breast lift and liposuction. I felt that the procedures would also give me the confidence to continue on the journey to healthy weight management and fitness. I began to research places in New York City and Westchester County. I left messages with several and was contacted by a few. What made Dr. Greenwald’s office a winner from the very beginning was that first phone call from Kimberly. She was warm knowledgeable and was able to get me an appointment within days. All of the staff, hands down, are the most professional and beautiful that I have worked with in any doctor’s office/operating room. Just when you think the service can’t get any better you are sitting in a waiting room eagerly and anxiously waiting to meet Dr. Greenwald. I was almost immediately at ease by his grace and confidence. Plastic surgery is something you want done by a person who knows that they are good at what they do and is a perfectionist. That sums up my doctor, Dr. Greenwald. My wait time has never been more than five minutes and I appreciate him not scheduling appointments in time frames where patients sit waiting for hours to see him. During our consultation he asked me what I wasn’t happy with. I shared what I was looking to have done and he proposed procedures he knew would give me the best result based on our conversation. I had other consultations where doctors showed me photos of other patients. Dr. Greenwald did as well, but he was intent in showing me pictures of patients that had similar body frames. He also illustrated, with his marking pen, how things would be moved and where scars would appear. That really made all the difference. I could tell that he really wanted me to understand what he was capable of achieving and did not want me to have unrealistic results. I scheduled my surgery about two days after we met, and am now 8 weeks post operation. In the end, we decided that we would move forward with the tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction. He felt that adding the implants was too much in one sitting. He could have easily done it all, but put my safety first and I am grateful. I am 8 weeks post operation and I feel great and look better than dreamed. My scarring is very minimal and placement is perfect. Remember, I told you he is a perfectionist. I’m not kidding. Prior to making my final decision, I read every review I could find on Dr. Greenwald. Almost all said, “I LOVE DR. GREENWALD!”, now I do too.
