Professional and Well-coordinated Team

I'm very grateful to Dr. Ahmedov and medical team of Emre, Mahmut, and Sertan for their professionalism. The surgery went so smoothly in very comfortable atmosphere. No stress and I didn’t feel any strong pain during the surgery.

Also I'm very grateful to the whole clinic team who coordinate the whole process from landing in Istanbul to post-op recovery and further:
– Mert Osmanagaoglu, a case manager, for coordinating and being in touch all the time
– Mr. Berk, transfer coordinator, who didn't let me get lost in the airport and coordinated all transfers
– all drivers for very comfortable and safe driving
– Nigar, a clinic assistant and translator, who was by my side the whole time, offering support and creating a very comforting and special atmosphere. It really helped me go through the operation with ease
– Pelin, the Patient Experience Department, who took over the communication during the pos-op recovery for a pleasant communication
