Service, Procedure and Result - Couldn't Fault a Single Thing.
Having spent plenty of time researching various clinics, I'm so glad to have chosen to go with Seneca.
Now five days after my procedure, I honestly can't fault them; from initial video consultations, face-to-face pre-op consultations, organisation regarding the appointment and payments, everyone at Seneca was perfect and know how to make their clients feel welcome. Overall, happy with the customer care, procedure, products and results.
Understandably, undergoing a hair transplant is a decision which takes serious consideration and I'll admit, the difference in advice I received from the three clinics I was in touch with was a bit much but I can honestly say that with Seneca, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Personally, I was more concerned about the results than then the price but I can also say that Seneca priced up the procedure at a reasonable cost.
The procedure itself went well. Relatively painless and during the second phase of the procedure, they suggest you just relax and watch Netflix on the TV provided. I mean, it doesn't get much more relaxed than that.
I look forward to seeing the progress from here and if I do feel it's necessary for me to go undergo further treatment later down the line, I'd go straight back to Seneca.
So in a nutshell, if you're considering undergoing a hair transplant, Seneca Scotland are definitely worth giving a call.
