Every step of the process was explained clearly, including what to expect on the day, recovery, and results over time. Dr Elza carried out my treatment and was excellent throughout. She was calm, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. What stood out most was how reassuring she was — she made sure I felt comfortable and confident before starting, and her attention to detail gave me real trust in the procedure. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her patients rather than just getting through appointments. On the day of the procedure, the team made the whole experience much easier than I expected. I was well looked after, regularly checked on, and kept informed about what was happening. The aftercare advice was clear and thorough, so I never felt unsure about what to do during recovery. Overall, the level of care, professionalism, and communication has been excellent. I travelled down from Aberdeen for my hair transplant at Seneca after spending a lot of time researching different clinics and having consultations elsewhere, and I’m really glad I chose Seneca. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The procedure itself wasn’t painful, the team made me feel completely at ease, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve attached a before photo and a couple of pictures from my 9-month check-in (I actually ended up liking the shaved look afterwards, so I kept it for quite a while as you can see! :D). I worked with Seneca as part of a promotional, but everything shared here is my honest experience and opinion. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning doctor,very patient ,very nice ,made me feel calm throughout the operation. Honestly the whole staff is just amazing and definitely made the day of the operation easier and calmer , I recommend their clinic a lot especially because of their special method which makes the healing process basically painless

From the consultation to the pre-op to that day. All the staff were great. Everything was explained well and I felt prepared for what to expect on the day. I was a little nervous about sitting still for so long but the time passed quickly and I even fell asleep for a chunk of the procedure. The Doctor who carried it out seemed pleased with how things went and from what I can tell so far so am I. I’m looking forward to seeing the results now over the coming months. I'm so glad that I went ahead with this treatment at seneca and would urge anyone considering the procedure to go in and talk to them. It was pain free and the recovery process was quick. I just wish I had got it done a lot sooner than I did.

Amazing experience start to finish, I went in to see Dr Vourga today for a consultation and transplanted. The team were amazing start to finish always checking I was ok and making sure I was comfortable, so comfortable I think I fella asleep a few times during the procedure. The procedure went well and I can’t wait to see the results in the coming months. Thanks again to Dr Vourga and everyone at SENECA Medical group who were involved, you were all amazing and can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic service, extremely professional and informative, very early days (Day 3 post procedure) but I feel that although it was a big decision to make I’m glad that I made the choice. I would certainly recommend using the Glasgow clinic and have already pointed a few enquiries directly that way

Couldn’t recommend Seneca Medical Group enough! I had a 5 star experience from start to finish. I’ll admit I was a little nervous the day of the procedure but all staff members were really calming and answered all the questions I had. The procedure itself was totally pain free and a lot more relaxing than I thought it would be. Im so happy with the results only 2 days on!

I was treated at the clinic in Glasgow. This was a top up procedure from my initial one in October 2021. The service from George (CEO), Alex (Clinic Manager), Susan (Customer Relations Executive), Eleanna (Surgeon) and Rachel (Surgeon Assistant) was truly first class. George, Alex and Susan respond and communicate well and made sure all was good for my procedure and then Rachel and Eleanna took care of me for the procedure. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend Seneca for anyone’s hair procedure, as the pre service, the procedure and the post service is great.
