When I contacted Seneca, the professionalism of the medical staff and the very clean facilities won me over from the first moment! Everything went very well regarding the intervention procedures! Absolutely stunning doctor,very patient ,very nice ,made me feel calm throughout the operation. Honestly the whole staff is just amazing and definitely made the day of the operation easier and calmer , I recommend their clinic a lot especially because of their special method which makes the healing process basically painless

From the consultation to the pre-op to that day. All the staff were great. Everything was explained well and I felt prepared for what to expect on the day. I was a little nervous about sitting still for so long but the time passed quickly and I even fell asleep for a chunk of the procedure. The Doctor who carried it out seemed pleased with how things went and from what I can tell so far so am I. I’m looking forward to seeing the results now over the coming months.

Amazing experience start to finish, I went in to see Dr Vourga today for a consultation and transplanted. The team were amazing start to finish always checking I was ok and making sure I was comfortable, so comfortable I think I fella asleep a few times during the procedure. The procedure went well and I can’t wait to see the results in the coming months. Thanks again to Dr Vourga and everyone at SENECA Medical group who were involved, you were all amazing and can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic service, extremely professional and informative, very early days (Day 3 post procedure) but I feel that although it was a big decision to make I’m glad that I made the choice. I would certainly recommend using the Glasgow clinic and have already pointed a few enquiries directly that way

Couldn’t recommend Seneca Medical Group enough! I had a 5 star experience from start to finish. I’ll admit I was a little nervous the day of the procedure but all staff members were really calming and answered all the questions I had. The procedure itself was totally pain free and a lot more relaxing than I thought it would be. Im so happy with the results only 2 days on!

I was treated at the clinic in Glasgow. This was a top up procedure from my initial one in October 2021. The service from George (CEO), Alex (Clinic Manager), Susan (Customer Relations Executive), Eleanna (Surgeon) and Rachel (Surgeon Assistant) was truly first class. George, Alex and Susan respond and communicate well and made sure all was good for my procedure and then Rachel and Eleanna took care of me for the procedure. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend Seneca for anyone’s hair procedure, as the pre service, the procedure and the post service is great. Having spent plenty of time researching various clinics, I'm so glad to have chosen to go with Seneca. Now five days after my procedure, I honestly can't fault them; from initial video consultations, face-to-face pre-op consultations, organisation regarding the appointment and payments, everyone at Seneca was perfect and know how to make their clients feel welcome. Overall, happy with the customer care, procedure, products and results. Understandably, undergoing a hair transplant is a decision which takes serious consideration and I'll admit, the difference in advice I received from the three clinics I was in touch with was a bit much but I can honestly say that with Seneca, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Personally, I was more concerned about the results than then the price but I can also say that Seneca priced up the procedure at a reasonable cost. The procedure itself went well. Relatively painless and during the second phase of the procedure, they suggest you just relax and watch Netflix on the TV provided. I mean, it doesn't get much more relaxed than that. I look forward to seeing the progress from here and if I do feel it's necessary for me to go undergo further treatment later down the line, I'd go straight back to Seneca. I would like to strongly recommend DHI now Seneca Medical Group… Initial Consultation During my initial consultation with Charles, the atmosphere was relaxed, professional, and, most importantly, highly informative. From our discussion, I understood what was involved, the options available to me and the cost of each option. In addition, I immediately felt that I had made the right choice in contacting this company, even though I did not know if I would use them at the time. If you are thinking about this procedure, like me, you will have spent months researching and spending many hours on YouTube, social media, and various other websites. Follow-up Appointments Although I may not be the easiest of customers I had a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve. Charles and the surgeon (always one in attendance) were always patient and understanding of my concerns and overall goal. They truly listened and never tried to sell me a fast service or make any false promises; in fact, the opposite. Looking back, I was probably very difficult to deal with. In fact, I would not have wanted to deal with myself; it is only now that I can fully appreciate the advice I was given. I did not always get the responses to my requests that I wanted, but having completed the procedure, I received the correct ones. The Procedure Dr Elgmati and her team conducted the procedure; they were all fantastic, friendly, and professional. It sets your mind at ease. Dr Elgmati’s concentration levels and work ethic were unbelievable; apart from a lunch break halfway through the procedure, I cannot recall a time that I could not feel either hair being carefully extracted or implanted; I was left in no doubt that the maximum implants that could be safely conducted in one sitting had been fulfilled. After Care The aftercare advice and appointments were perfect. I followed the aftercare advice to the letter and experienced no problems; for me, the follow-up appointments were just reassurance; it was also reassuring to know that all aftercare was held in the UK. Costs Please note that there are no cheap options. It was on the day of the procedure that, for the very first time, I really appreciated and understood the whole process, what was involved, where my money was going, and the costs that must be involved. I can remember thinking straight after the procedure how pleased I was that I had done it and that it was money well spent. My opinion has not changed. I did consider going abroad to save money and really researched this option. I am glad that when it came to booking the procedure I went with my gut feeling, paid slightly more, and stayed in the UK and the reassurances that come with it; I was also delighted I went with DHI. Results It has been 18 months since my procedure, and I cannot stress how delighted I am with the results; they have well exceeded my expectations. Overall I now know 100% that I made the right choice. My experience has been that I dealt with a very professional company that takes immense pride in delivering excellent results. At no time did I ever feel worried or pressured into making any decisions, and the results are fantastic. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Seneca Medical Group to anyone for hair restoration.
