I Highly Recommend the Heva Team !!

By the time I went to Heva Clinic, my hair had been thinning for almost a decade. It finally got to the point that I had a full bald spot on my crown. Despite this obvious loss of hair, I did not know just how bad the situation was until I booked a session with Heva and met my surgeon Muhammet. He explained that I had reached a Norwood Scale IV-A, and I would need an FUE hair transplant to restore the density around my crown and prevent the balding that was creeping into my mid scalp. Before then, I had just been using topical treatments I would get from my barber, including an oil that he swore would restore my hair. But nothing was working.
When I finally went in for the physical consultation, which also doubled as the mapping session, Dr. Muhammet spent a lot of time mapping out the grafts. He wanted to get 4,100, as this was the ideal number to ensure that I had full coverage around my crown and my mid scalp because that is where I needed the hair the most. While I am not big on medical terms, I appreciated that he explained the technique that he was using, and I remember that he specifically wanted to use the sapphire blades to create fine micro-channels to ensure that the graft efficiency was high. I was concerned about the high number of grafts and thought that my donor area would be left looking as bald as the rest of my head, but he assured me that this technique would preserve my full look. A few days later, I went in for the surgery. They put me on local anesthesia, which felt like just a bit of pressure with no pain. The whole process took about 8 hours, not including the lunch break, pre-op procedures, and the post-op. It was a full-day affair, but the surgeon explained that an extended session was the best way to ensure the highest graft survival.
For the first few days after the hair transplant, I experienced some swelling. It felt like I was wearing a tight cap on my head. But since I was on medication, the discomfort was manageable, and it went away by the end of the first week. Once I started doing the gentle washes the surgeon had suggested, my head calmed down. Later on, I started seeing some hair growth, but that fell off. Luckily, the team had already warned me about shock loss and made me download their aftercare app, so I knew what was happening and ticked this off as part of the process.
Six months in, I have quite a lot to say about the results. My hair is growing back quite thick, and my crown, which was once balding, is now invisible under this new hair growth. My hair finally looks the way it did when I was 35. And while I was initially concerned that it would not look like real hair, it does, and I can barely tell the difference between where the new hair connects to my previous growth. I highly recommend the Heva team for preventing my inevitable baldness.
