Dr Ali is the best - I would change nothing about my decision

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Hair Clinic. I’d been researching about getting a hair transplant for about a year and finally took the leap of faith and decided on Smile. It was an incredible experience and I wouldn’t do anything differently. I got to the hotel and it was super nice and comfortable and the people there were helpful and kind. The next morning I ate breakfast and it was very good and there was a great selection. I was transported with others to the clinic in the type of luxurious van you see in the videos and it had the Smile logo printed on the vehicle. The people at the clinic were incredibly nice and welcoming. I filled out the paperwork, paid for the operation, and was taken to the room where I’d be pretty much the rest of the day. I had the consultation with my surgeon, Dr. Ali Osman Soluk, who took his time to talk to me and explain everything and draw my new hair line. I could not have been more blessed with the team I got assigned to. Dr. Ali was the best surgeon I could have gotten - based on his expertise, communication, patience, and how everything turned out for me. The rest of the team was just as amazing as him. Vedat headed the techs and was so nice and friendly. The other two, Fatima and Pilar, were also so helpful, patient, and kind. Throughout the day they kept asking how things were and if I was comfortable. Dr. Ali came in to check on things several times throughout the day. I purchased the platinum package so Dr. Ali did the incisions and took his time doing so. I never felt rushed or that I was inconveniencing anyone. In fact at the end of the day when Dr. Ali was doing the final assessment and check he literally had me lay back down and added some more grafts to my front hairline to make it “perfect”. He was so meticulous and demanded perfection. Keep in mind my case manager, Berat, was off that day and yet he still offered to be available if I had any questions. When I returned at night (my procedure took over 8 hours) I messaged him to let him know the positive experience I had and sure enough he responded almost immediately! Two days later I returned for my wash. Again this went very smoothly. I was also impressed with how relaxed the staff were and that they were absolutely NOT pushy about buying products. I asked to purchase some mesotherapy myself - they were not trying to convince me to buy anything. My wife and son who accompanied me also felt so comfortable throughout and were so happy with their time there in Istanbul and interacting with the staff at Smile. After leaving I was contacted by my new post operative case manager, Mert. He asked for pics and was quick to comment on them and discuss my progress despite the time difference (I’m in the US). I also had a quick question one morning about something I was concerned about and he responded almost immediately, despite it being very late in Istanbul. Just like all the other staff at Smile he has been incredibly helpful and kind. Overall I would ABSOLUTELY return to do this again with Smile and change nothing about my decision. If I do need a second hair transplant Smile would be the ONLY place I would consider. Go to Smile for you hair transplant. You won’t regret it!
