Dr. Vath is the Best Doctor.
This was top notch experience from beginning.
Dr. Vath and his team exceeded all of my expectation.
Kari was super nice and helpful with surgery arrangements , answer all million questions. Cristal was my nurse and was so caring and nice to me.
Anesthesiologist did fantastic job and I had no side affect from anesthesia.
I am beyond happy with my experience.

After boob greed
I love my new uplifted shape.
I down sized 80 cc. But now I am missing my larger size .
Maybe just need some time to get use to .
Dr. Vath told me it will be super easy to change implant to larger size . He is really the best.

Congrats on your surgery! You look fantastic! Dr. Vath is also my PS, so I couldn’t agree more with your title. Lol. How many days postop are you now? I believe you can actually set your surgery date in your review edit features. And if not you can send an email to contact@realself.com and ask them to put in your surgery date.
Do you mind sharing what type/size implant you went with? I realize it’s how you feel that’s the most important thing, but I have to say imo you actually look larger in your postop pics than you did before - at least in your pics. One other thing to consider also is that postop swelling (especially in the sternum area) can make the cleavage appear wider and the breasts look smaller than they really are. As the swelling goes down often times the cleavage gets tighter; and with the drop/fluff the lower pole gets fuller and the breasts appear larger. At least that was the case with me as shown in my drop/ fluff progression pic of my 10 week BL/BA update. If you look at other member’s po pics you may also notice the same thing. I look forward to following your progress… :-)

My surgery was on 8/21
I got 380 moderate profile I believe sientra implant
I guess I will wait for drop fluff stage before making judgement about size. I am so happy with new shape . Just wish they were tad bigger. Anyway dr. Vath is fantastic. He is breast artist. I am so happy I chose him.

You’re most welcome. Forgot to mention that I received your PM and responded. Btw I’m curious to know about your travel. Airline? Hotel? Sights? There are not many of us that travel for surgery (especially for the “right” reasons), so it’s always interesting to compare notes. I look forward to hearing more details. :-)

I thought I was crazy to travel for surgery to a doctor I never met in person.
I am so glad I did.
I booked The Golden Hotel for a week. But only stayed 4 days . As I had no pain or discomfort of any kind. I only took Tylenol the first day.
Location was perfect as I was able to walk to so many restaurants in area. So I really feel like I was on vocation.

That’s great that you had no discomfort or pain! Golden is a beautiful town with a lot of nice restaurants. Did you get a chance to see beautiful creek (Clear Creek) that runs through that town?

Oh yes I loved the Golden. It was perfect area to recover. I would take walks by the creek and to all the restorants in area .

Your results are truly fantastic! Dr. Vath does nice work. I did briefly consider traveling to him myself. If my Doctor ever retires and I want any work done, I'll definitely go to Vath next time. May I ask if your implants are overs or unders?

Still happy
All looks about the same here . Still happy with results.
I continue to wear sports bra until two weeks. Than will switch to Spanks soft bra I got in Nordstrom. Very comfortable.
I am planning to order Embrace scar treatment.
Sometimes I feel I should have gone bigger, sometimes not.
I miss working out . Dr. V said to wait 6 weeks .

Still looking great! Glad you are continuing to do well. I received your question (PM). TLYK I’ve actually been asked the same question a few times in my Embrace review; so I wanted to refer you there. In particular look for comments from/to Nervousgirl34 and RN160 in my very first Embrace review update. And feel free to ask any other questions there if you don’t find the answers you need. Lastly please understand that info or answers to questions (in my reviews) are not intended to be medical or manufacturer advice. They are just my own personal opinions based on what’s worked for me.
