After taking 20 years to build up the courage to get otoplasty surgery done I finally took the step to get a consultation and get the ball rolling. I use the Beacon Hospital for many years for varies healthcare including my annual health check. I would not go anywhere but the Beacon to have any surgery done as they are simply the best in the country. I was in delight after my search that I found Mr. Golchin had a practice in the Beacon to carry out my otoplasty surgery. After my first consultation with Mr. Golchin I was extremely comfortable because he listened exactly what I wanted and I was very precise in which I thought on the way over he possibly would not accommodate me and fob me off. This was not the case, he was hands on and takes his work and planning 100% seriously. I was ready to sign on the dotted line but he persuaded me to take time to think and discuss with my wife and call back for a second consultation before committing. THE DAY OF THE OPERATION! 10am As always, when coming to the Beacon you don't actually feel like you are in a hospital (its hard to describe but I have heard many people say the same) Very organised and very friendly always feeling a good sense of care. Mr. Golchin met me for a chat before surgery to see how the form was and again an instinct of feeling / knowing I was in good care and this person about to perform surgery on me was tuned in - 100% alert and taking the extra time to prepare and do an excellent job. I woke up a couple of hours later with absolutely no pain at all, as if I had not been there at all. Mr. Golchin met with me and explained to wear the head band for one week and how to care for myself over the coming week. I was home in my own living room by 6pm. ONE WEEK LATER After calling back to see Mr. Golchin he took off the head band and revealed the new look! I was blowing away how well I looked and I'm loving life ever since. Well done to Mr. Golchin and his team. 5 star recommendation from me and only sure I will be bringing my 8 year old son in soon to get him the same. Best regards, Colm
