Dr. Casas is the best injector there is. I tried this new product today and absolutely love it. I have also had other fillers by her and everyone asks how I stay looking so young and natural. Yes she is strict and she tells you her opinion because she is that good. I want a doctor that is honest. She is an excellent injector and will never do any procedure if she feels it will look "plastic". She truly cares. So yes I'd rather have a confident stern doctor that takes her time and is not just about the money. There are other doctors On the Northshore that are excellent marketers but I can look at their patients and say you went to.... because all their patients look the same. Dr. Casas is the only one I'd trust and I've had a lot of experience as I work in the medical industry.
