I have never had a clean jaw line. Even though I've been thin all my life I inherited a bit of a turkey neck and as I get older it has become a little worse. I have been following all the reviews on real self and they have been really helpful so I thought I would add mine. The procedure itself was painless. Dr. Laurie Casa first injected a local anesthetic that I barely felt and the rest of the procedure was quick, easy and painless.

I found Dr. Casas on the Kybella website under certified physicians. In addition I learned that Dr. Casas also trains other physicians on how to perform the procedure, which made me feel as if I found a doctor that was truly experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Casas has a great bedside manner, very warm and friendly. She really takes her time explaining the procedure and what to expect following the procedure. Through conversation it was obvious that she is extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and expected outcomes.
