Breast Implant Revision-removal of Saline Implant and Capsule Replaced with Sientra Round

Soooo happy! Dr. Casas is a perfectionist and truly cares about her patients. She is a surgeon but she also is an artist! I had at least 10 consultations over the years and was nervous! As a mom of 2 teens , I didn't want to look "fake" but I also wanted to look and feel better than I did with my 20 year old implants. She saw me more times than I can count and really listened, she had me wear sizers (I call them chicken cutlets) for a year and I finally was 100% that I wanted to do this.
I have researched and gone to so many doctors as well as talked other patients. I went with Dr. Casas as not only do I feel she is an expert surgeon but she truly cares and I also felt more comfortable having my surgery in the hospital rather than a surgery center. Even if it's a 1% chance of something going wrong, especially as a mother, to be in a hospital made me feel comfortable and safe. I am so happy with the results! It is EXACTLY what I wanted and the follow up with her entire staff has been a wonderful experience. She has many rules to follow but this is my body and to get the BEST outcome it was worth it to go through the extra visits and work. She is not a factory! She is caring and wants the best it's not at all about money. Every other doctor that does implants/revisions has the fancy advertising,, the millions of fake reviews , (they even fake where they went to school for this image). I am a REAL patient and doing this review to help others who are confused as how to choose a surgeon. I'm not getting paid or getting anything from doing this. I just want to let others know how great my doctor is because I'm so happy with my outcome. Please don't let the fancy advertising and pretty offices convince you that makes a great choice in doctors. I researched for years and could write a book on how much I learned.
