Just had to replace a saline breast implant. I only replaced one, so it must have been a challenge for the plastic Surgeon to match. I chose a woman breast surgeon this time and I am so happy I did. Dr Laurie Casas, in the Chicagoland area. She recommended to just do the one, instead of pushing me to get them both done. I preferred not to have them both done. I felt confident and secure having her do the surgery. She is quite strict about a healthy diet and vitamin regimen 2 weeks before and after the surgery. She believes in making sure your body heals quickly and she did a fantastic job. She has you meet with her massage therapist and get lymphatic drainage for a couple of weeks, in her office. She includes several weeks of followup, to make sure they are healing correctly; far more than my last surgeon or surgeons my friends used, and at no additional charge. I am still swollen so can't post yet, but I wish I had done it sooner. I waited a year and a half while it slowly deflated to have it replaced. If the other one goes, getting it done right away.
