I had silicone breast implants under the muscle 11/17/16 with Dr. Gartner. The entire process was so seamless and I couldn't be happier with my results. The recovery process was much easier than I expected and I experienced virtually no pain or discomfort. My breasts look and feel very natural. I highly recommend Dr. Gartner to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery. He is honest, takes time to answer any questions you may have, and an amazing surgeon. The surgery center located in dr Gartners office building is very welcoming and a major plus not having to go into a hospital for surgery. The nurses and anesthesiologist were wonderful as well.
