Well everything is great , im seeing most of my ab definition back:) running 8 miles at a time and doing any ab exercise i wish even adding weights :)
11 weeks!!!
So im so happy 11 weeks and my abs look great i can even see what a tight corset he gave me i did start planks but no situps! Running 6 miles a day and min swelling

His ability is beyond my expectations. The scar is ridiculously amazing! He is a true perfectionist. He will be very honest with you about expectations which is good, tough to hear but important. If you can get past that and want an amazing result its well worth every penny. The only issue i had was with the girl who works in the office. It was a combo of me not feeling well and on pain meds and her not acting very professional besides that everyone is a gem!!!Especially Bridgette:)
