Functional but Aesthetically Displeasing Rhinoplasty

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Lindsay in 2015. While it initially looked okay, as the swelling went down it was clear I had a bony bump on the side of my nose which she shaved down under local anesthesia. I thought things were good. Unfortunately, as I continued to heal about 1 year later my nose is very irregular... while the tip looks nice, I still have a large dorsal hump which is now in sharp contrast to the cartilage part of my nose which she reduced. This makes my nose look very angulated—almost like it was broken. I’m still giving her a few stars because the functionality is intact (I can breathe better) and it’s not destroyed beyond repair, but I will be definitely going elsewhere for a revision.
