Nine months postop

Hey guys I know it’s been a minute. But I wanted to add an update regarding my recovery I’m officially nine months postop and doing pretty well. Overall I’m happy with my procedure however I am going to require some revisions. My belly bitten healed way yo big, my right breast acquired some scar tissue about the size of a small walnut at the bottom. And my tummy tuck incision also had some issues with scar tissue and thickness on the right side. I am scheduling a second round of Lipo as I feel that my abdomen isn’t as flat as I would like it to be especially when sitting down. When I’m standing I feel great when I’m sitting down not so much. Dr Arenas has been very good about responding to my request and going over what is best for my revision. He is by far one of the easiest doctors to communicate with. Everyone’s journey can be a little bit different. Mine had a little hiccups but it happens. They’re always risk yo surgery anytime you go onto the knife. I will be back soon to see Dr Arenas for my second round and little fixes

A little more about my trip

So I know I promise to update more often but getting home and getting back to real life has taken a bit of time. I'm going to share as much information as I can. I'm currently. Five weeks postop and just had amazing conversation with Dr Arenas this afternoon

If you are hesitating or trying to decide whether the surgery is worth it I will tell you it has been 150% worth it to me the confidence I now feel it's like something I haven't felt since I was a teenager. A full-service mommy makeover is a big surgery and it does have recovery time and also requires preparing your life in advance, but is so Worth the work and effort
I am five weeks today and despite just recovering from Covid I am feeling pretty dang good. My incisions have healed Almost Perfectly. They are flat already becoming much lighter in color. There is still quite a bit of swelling and tightness in the abdomen and the hips but I had quite a bit of Lipo and also In Addition to my tummy tuck. - Coming home after the two week recovery and Guadalajara and taking care of myself was not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I live alone and I was able to cook, do basic chores, shower by myself. I have not been on any pain medication since week one. I still take a great deal of vitamins and supplements to get my immune system back in order. I am currently wearing my Farhat on the last set of hooks with my foam. I am in love with my new shape. My only enemy is salt. I somehow I'm very hyper sensitive to salt and if I eat anything that has too much I swell up quite a bit and trust me it is very uncomfortable. Other than that I feel great. Had Covid last week and that took a bit Of a toll on me and cause some additional swelling but now that I'm past that I am back to normal. I will attach as many pictures as possible and update again soon. if you have any questions feel free to reach out I would love to help anybody on their journey as so many women help me get to mine!

What we ended up doing !
?
Left breast reconstruction, breast lift with Internal bra and Allergan gummy bear implants size 520
tummy tuck with muscle repair ( 14 1/2 centimeters)
? -inguinal hernia repair and also umbilical hernia repair ????
360 Lipo to Upper and lower back. Planks, under arms and inner thighs
Liposculpture and fat transfer to
Sculp but and fix hip dips?,.
I was supposed to have Lipo to arms also but he had to do the breast reconstruction and the hernia repair my surgery was over seven hours But super successful
I am currently eight days postop and other than some on Stiffness and uncomfortability is the pain is minimal to zero.
I have slept in a recliner with a BBL pillow underneath my bottom and tons of pillows around me. Sleeping in a bed is just not an option at this time. I have had some issues with my leg swelling due to liposuction. But pineapple juice and Arnica tea have been my best friend. I stay incredibly hydrated drinking nearly a gallon of fluids per day including water teas and smoothies. Make sure to keep up with your protein intake as well and if it is OK to have a higher fat diet than normal as your body needs it to retain the fat transfers.

I had my surgery done in Guadalajara Mexico with Dr. Rafael Dr. Rafael Arenas; Cirugía Total- Cirugía Plástica and I'm staying 14 days postop at Morada Luna recovery home . They are an incredible nursing staff they treat you like a queen ????? The left photo was black underwear is before and the right is Yesterday morning??
If you're looking for for surgeon at a recovery home look no further not only did I spend 1/3 of the money that I would in the US but I got 10 times better care. I would give this doctor 10 stars if possible. I am so grateful for the amazing care he is provided to me.
