25 Year Old African American Male, 2300+ FUE Procedure

So it's officially been over a year since the procedure. Overall I am very happy with what I have now compared to what I had before the procedure. Though, I know it can still be improved and get closer to the look I want. The pictures below show my hair right after washing it in the shower, and then a few days later with a little bit of fibers added. I know I will probably still need fibers after the 2nd transplant, but at least they will be more to enhance the look rather than hiding the sparse areas.

I scheduled my 2nd procedure during my last visit with Dr. Diep. Here's a recommendation...if you are SURE that you're ready to get this done (including financially), DO NOT hesitate to get your spot. I wish I would have booked my second procedure during our 3 month consultation because now I have to wait until Oct 22 2019. He is literally booked for the rest of the year. Hopefully I can get in earlier if someone cancels or something.

So I was in the Bay area and decided to schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Diep. I told him that I want more density in those thinner areas, as well as bring my temples in and slightly lower the hairline for my next procedure. He recommended another 2000 grafts...which I kind of expected (meaning I'm probably going to end up getting another 2200-2300). My main concern right now is density in the vertex, area behind the hairline, and temples.
