I met with 3 separate hair transplant practices. The first practice was extremely unprofessional from the office setting, consultation and finally the lack of documentation they sent me away with. In addition, I never saw a doctor. Instead, a nurse came out of surgery to speak with me for 15 minutes. The second practice I consulted with was very professional, great office setting but their price was way over market price for what I was looking for. The doctor did spend time with me but I felt that he talked to me like a student rather than a patient. The third practice I visited was Texas Facial Asthetics. Ten minutes into my visit to Texas Facial Asthetics, I knew this was the practice that would get my business. The front desk staff was very warm and inviting. The nurse came in and came in The room and treated me like a neighbor and asked me questions about what I was looking to do. Finally, Dr. Richardson came into the consultation room and we talked for 20 minutes about all the options that could be helpful in dealing with my hair loss. Dr. Richardson did not try and lead me to the highest cost treatment rather, guided me towards a treatment that was perfect for my lifestyle. I chose to have the strip method Hair Transplant procedure and it was a great experience. It was a 5 hour procedure where I was comfortable and felt no pain. I spent the time listening to my favorite music.
