For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to get a breast augmentation. I have always been self conscious about my chest - especially since I technically do not fill out a single bra on the market (excluding children's training bras). So I am doing this for myself and as my surgery date is rapidly approaching, I couldn't be more excited!

Good luck!! I got mine when I was 20... I'm now 41 with same pair!! Went for review with surgeon last year and his words were there outstanding for there age! Lol
Defo worth it, it changed me so much, I had self image issues and looked boyish in my clothes...

You look great! We look pretty similar is body size and I just had 420cc on Nov4. I still haven't taken off my surgical bra yet. Nervous!

Hey! I'm 5'4"! So I did the exact same thing and worried I went too big - but I believe Dr. Loftus knows what she's talking about when she says to go with the largest size you feel comfortable with! I LOVE them!! Wouldn't change a thing. Go back and try sizers on again if you're not totally sure (I went back a second time to double-check). Take pictures in your sports bras with the sizers. Look at them when you're not in the office and make sure you're satisfied. I'm sure you made the right choice though!

Hi thanks for your fast response! Yea I am going back today with my husband to ask his opinion, I don't want to be natural loll . Go big or go home but I don't want to look like I am going to tip over my boobs either ! Thanks again!

Please keep us updated! I'll be following your journey as I am very close in size to yours. I couldn't even tell you my size since I have been wearing padded sports bras for the last 3 years after giving up on a regular bras. Which was a joke as there was nothing to shape or contain if you know what I'm saying!! Lol. Please be as detailed as you can about pre op fears if you have any and the post op recovery process. Especially right after surgery. This is my main area of focus since I'm such a weenie when it comes to pain, but I would really like a BA! I think... Lol, so long as pain can be controlled. :) will check back in!!

Hello! Thank you for sharing your story with us :) Did you and your surgeon discuss your frame limitations, shape of implants risks, skin lifting on the sternum, and bottoming out? 400 cc was determined to be the max size for my frame but I also have to get one implant bigger than the other. I prefer it being 420ish instead of one being in the 300s. I just think if you share the details that lead up to your decision on that size & shape then I will have more knowledge to be confident to go a bigger size for certain shape implant. You look to be very petite and I'm amazed that size was okay'd by you and your surgeon. I saw your after results and they look great! :) Thanks :)
