In 2010 I had a radical mastectomy. At that time I opted for reconstruction. I felt that i needed to choose that route because i felt like less of a woman. i was appalled at what my chest looked like and i needed to feel feminine again. My reconstruction was a longer process than I anticipated but would do it all over again as i was so pleased with the results. Today 7 years later i was not happy with what age and older skin had done to my appearance. i had reconstruction revision and once again i feel beautiful.

In 2010 I was assigned Dr. Rumalla as my plastic surgeon for my reconstruction. Never having experienced any type of plastic surgery I was extremely nervous. At no time in my life have I met such a caring and devoted Doctor. He meet with me on every step that would be taken in my recovery and was there for me thru all my moments of misgivings. He is the most incredible Doctor and his bedside manner equals no other. At all times I felt like the most important patient he had. Seven years later and i was noticing a major difference in the appearance of my breasts. Advanced age and change of skin that comes with that had altered how they looked and how i felt. called Dr. Rumalla's office and promptly got an appointment and was able to be scheduled for reconstruction revision within weeks. Once again he has made me feel beautiful and he is not happy until his patients feel that way. Dr Rumalla is a plastic surgeon perfectionist and all his patients reap the rewards of his amazing skills. There is no other Doctor in any field that I would feel comfortable to recommend for anything, except Dr. Rumalla. He is the very best.
