For a few years the darkness under my eyes became more apparent and the skin appeared to be sagging a bit more than I liked. I did not want to do a procedure as radical as surgery and after a short consultation with Dr Soro, he also did not recommend anything as drastic, either. I wanted to feel I coud go out without cover up and feel youthful again.

Dr Soro came in after my initial consultation with Jake Campbell, Shino Bay's patient/physician liaison. I very much liked the questions Dr Soro asked ME. It showed he was clearly listening to MY desires and not forcing HIS own opinions on me. I felt his evaluation of my skin was spot on and was actually surprised how little he recommended we start with. I firmly believe he chose the right procedures for me and almost 8 weeks out I am still very happy with my results. I am particularly grateful for Jake, as he is the cohesive figure and is pretty much the "face" of the practice to the patient. I think ALL physician offices would do VERY well (and patients would be MUCH happier) if they had a person like Jake representing them.
