Revision / Exchange for Exposed Implant, Unaffected Side Now Ruptured and Exposed - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Silicone implants placed in Costa Rica developed stitch abscess and eventual implant exposure on left breast. Sought out specialist DrRevis, who performed a bilateral exchange to saline as existing silicone not available in us. Left breast healed fine. Opposite breast, which previously healing appropriately before exchange ruptures with subsequent exposure at inferior pole at 3 points. Contacted Dr Revis regarding situation, was told "90% chance of removal , 10 % chance of placement of smaller implant with decrease in size of opposing side which healed fine., and 0% chance of maintaining symmetry at present size which I am very happy with. So now heading towards my 3rd surgery with unacceptable options. Note I live in Usvi, where there is 1 plastic surgeon who refused me. Cannot afford time ,nor cost of multiple additional procedures which would necessitate travel of hundreds of miles. I also happen to be an ER physician so am not entirely ignorant in regards to medical practice.
