After having 2 previous surgeries in the uk (BA and nipple reduction) with less than satisfactory results I came to the decision that I needed to find a surgeon with more experience to fix the mess the other surgeons had made of my breasts. I came across dr Revis on a number of forums and from reviews on real self and decided to contact him for his opinion. He replied to me instantly which made me feel valued rather than just a number which is how I felt with the previous 2 surgeons. We spoke back and forth through email and I decided to book surgery with him for a few months later. It's wasn't an easy decision to take the leap and have surgery abroad but I know he has a lot of experience in BA revision surgery and I have family who live in Fort Lauderdale so this helped.

So basically just over a year ago I had my first BA in the UK. I wasn't happy with the result as they were not as big as I wanted (I had 300ccs high profile) and they were very hard feeling and fake looking - they were highly cohesive "gummy bear" implants which were not made clear to me by my surgeon. I wanted soft feeling, natural looking breast and the result was far from this. I also had very bad scarring from the incisions.
Anyway I put up with the breasts for a year but I just didn't feel happy with them and I knew I never would be.
About 6 months ago I also made the decision to have a nipple reduction which actually happened to be the worst mistake of my life. Another surgeon in the UK did the surgery and completely butchered me I was so depressed I literally didn't want to ever show my breasts again. I tried to bring my concerns to him but he just dismissed me, but that's another story...

Sooo Dr Revis has done a BA revision and nipple revision to help fix what was left of my nipples and so far i am happy with the results. I actually wish I went to him first then I wouldn't be in this mess in the first place, but I guess you live and you learn.
The surgery was pretty straight forward, I flew over on the Monday had a pre op appointment on the tues, surgery on the weds, and post op appointment on the thurs then home on the fri. I actually felt great after surgery hardly any pain but I guess the pain meds really helped lol. What I was given last time was nothin compared to this! I had maybe one day of pain when I came back home but I was pretty much up and running again and back to normal after 5 days!
Dr Revis gave me 550cc mentor smooth silicon high profile round implants under the muscle, crease incision and has revised the previous scar at the same time.
So far so good they have dropped a lot already which is good and already feel really soft!
The nipples are much better and actually look round like they are supposed to, but obviously they are still healing so won't be able to tell until the stitches drop off.
Overall I am much happier and glad I made the decision to do this surgery!
I will keep updating for anyone who is having similar surgery

hi, do you have any rippling with Mentor? Im reimplanting in 3-6 months, never again rock solid anatomical. Im considering Mentor, and Inspira. Mentor is supposed to be very soft and on account of it make implants ripple more. Does yours?

Before you had nipple reduction? I can't see your scars? Was it a nipple lift or just reduction? You look great!!!!!

Thank you! Yeah I had a nipple reduction on just the nipple part not the areolas as my nipples were big from breast feeding. I had very light scarring but wish I never touched them to be honest, they weren't even that bad in the first place
