My implants were JUST TOO HUGE (this was my mistake) and after over 3 years of feeling horrible and conspicuous, I decided to get them replaced. I went from 1,350cc saline to 300cc silicone. This process took time, about 9 months total. The process was: (1) expel the saline in a non-invasive in-office procedure that took about 20 minutes, then (2) wear tight-fitting sport bras 24/7 for 9 months in order to give my breasts (skin and muscles) time to "shrink," and (3) new surgical procedure to remove the old empty implants, do a lift and put in new, smaller (300 cc) silicone implants.
The surgery was a week ago and I'm already THRILLED! I look and feel great!
I love the normal size - I'm 5'9" 130 lbs and now wear a 32DD.

The downsizing process is fascinating. So glad it worked and that you're happy with your results. At any point during the 9 month process, did you feel the need to "stuff" your bra or were most of your friends and family aware of your long term goal? Congratulations and thank you for sharing with us!

When I first did the deflation I was using 600cc "falsies" which I got from the doctor and only a few people noticed - and purely by coincidence I lost about 10-15 pounds so it kinda made sense. Eventually I got lazy, stopped wearing the 600s and just felt more comfortable with smaller boobs at which point I had no choice to be honest! The 1,350s were OBVIOUSLY fake boobs! It was a process! And, I'm so happy now with "normal" boobs I cannot tell you!
