Breast Implant Exchange/Internal Bra, 1100cc - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I had 360cc implants placed 7 years ago, and for a long time, I had been considering upgrading and going to a much larger size. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I consulted with some local surgeons. None of them had much experience placing implants over 1000cc, and a large majority of them wouldn't even do it. I joined a few online sites, trying to broaden my search, and it was then that I discovered Dr. Don Revis in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As soon as I visited the XL Breast Augmentation portion of his website, I fell in love with his work. I emailed him and within a couple hours, I was floored to receive a very detailed response to my email, he took the time to answer every single question that I had sent him, and he instantly put me at ease with his easy to talk to style.
My husband and I made the decision that I would fly from Las Vegas to Ft. Lauderdale to have Dr. Revis perform a bilateral implant exchange with internal bra. We looked at hundreds of pictures, and picked Danielle Derek (1300cc) and Sarah Marie Summer (1500 cc) as my goal pics. We knew that I probably could not end up going that large in one surgery, but I told Dr. Revis to just make me look as close to those two girls as possible, the most important thing to me was that they were very high, very fake looking, and very close together (kissing cleavage). I was hoping for around 1200 or 1300 cc.
My surgery was scheduled for October 29th. On October 27th, I flew from Las Vegas to Ft. Lauderdale. I had my pre op on the 28th. Meeting Dr. Revis and Alexa and Renee (his office girls) was an awesome experience! They are all so sweet, kind and caring. Dr. Revis is so cheerful and he put me at ease that he would give me the perfect breasts. I told him to get as much in as he could, and to get me as close to my goal pics as possible. He assured me that he would make them look exactly how I wanted, and that he would give me as much as he could.
On the morning of surgery, I went to Broward Medical Center and was amazed! It is the most beautiful, clean, efficient hospital I've ever gone to. It is actually more like being in a hotel than a hospital. Dr. Revis came in and marked me and it was so helpful to see his smiling, cheerful self - he really helped calm my nerves. They were so efficient that they ended up wheeling me back to the OR about 15 minutes early. They gave me something in my IV to relax me as they were wheeling me back, and that's the last thing that I remember. It was so nice to not be awake going back to the OR, like I was with my first BA.
Waking up, they immediately asked me if I was in pain, and I was, so they gave me more medication through my IV. The nurses were ALL so kind and sweet. Dr. Revis came to see me as soon as I was somewhat coherent, and he informed me that he placed 1100 cc implants. I honestly was a bit bummed to learn that he could only get 1100 in me, not 1200 or 1300 as I had hoped, but I trusted him wholeheartedly.
The next day at my post-op, I got my first look at them. They were AMAZING! Dr. Revis was right, 1100 cc looked HUGE on my tiny frame. Even so early after surgery, my boobs looked almost identical to my goal pics! I stayed in Ft. Lauderdale until Saturday, then flew home. It has been so reassuring having Dr. Revis's personal phone number to text him with any questions or concerns.
I am now 8 days post operation, and my boobs have already settled in quite a bit. They look absolutely stunning - I can only imagine what they will look like at a couple months post op.
A lot of surgeons claim that they care about their patients, but I've met very few that actually lived up to their hype. Dr. Revis is the most incredible doctor I have ever met. He actually does care about each individual person that he works on, and he has an incredible personality and bedside manner. As long as Dr. Revis is practicing cosmetic surgery, I will not go to any other plastic surgeon! He has given me my dream boobs that I have always wanted, and I can not thank him enough for them!
