I just had surgery this Friday February 2nd, I had a lift and downsized my implants from 800cc silicone to 590cc Natrelle Inspira Cohesive SRF (full/high profile) with a local doctor where I live here in Augusta GA. I haven’t taken any pics yet since surgery but I’ll update for those who are interested. Here is my story and why I needed a lift and why I downsized...
I went to Dr Revis in Ft Lauderdale Florida September of 2016 and he put in 975cc saline with his “internal bra”. A month later they fell like rocks in a sock. I emailed him and he offered to do a revision with a donut lift and going down in size to silicone 800cc. I had to pay a small surgeons fee and all the anesthesia and hospital fees. I had that done September of 2017. Well again a month later same results, just fell like rocks in a sock as you can see from the below photos. I’m holding one up in the second photo to show where my breast should sit and how low they actually hang. At this point I don’t believe in his internal bra and I don’t believe he looks after the best interest of his patients. Sure, he will give you the look you want but he never discussed the effects of having a larger implant and how quickly the results you want will fade overtime. I knew going in for that large of an implant they would eventually sag, that’s just common sense, but not after just one month.
Since my two surgeries with him I’ve read other cases like mine and wish I had never went to him and just stayed local. Now all that I’ve been through I don’t think I ever wanted that large of an implant but more of a certain rounded upper pole fake look and it doesn’t take going so large to achieve that.
I’m so glad this is now behind me and I can’t wait for my new boobs to heal and just enjoy feeling normal again.
You can take my word for what it’s worth, going bigger is not always better and gravity will always win.

10 month update
As I shared above I got 975cc saline (I had 575cc silicon prior). In 2 months my breast started sagging terribly. I emailed Dr Revis and he said my skin has stretched and I would need a lift. I scheduled it for July 21st.
At my pre op we discussed a lollipop lift with interval bra, implant exchange to silicone 800cc (I hated the saline, felt like bags of water) and liposuction of my stomach, love handles and inner and outer thy.
Today I am day 1 post op and it's truly been the most painful thing I have experienced. After surgery I felt fine but now that the anesthesia is leaving my body it's very painful.
That being said I can already see a difference! They look great so far! Can't wait to shower :)

Hi! I hate my chest at the moment. I just joined this site because of it. I had an anchor lift with 485CC gummy bear implants 5months ask and I feel like they sagged exactly back to what they were. I'm torn if I should go back to my original dr since he will lift again and use a mesh internal bra for not much of a cost but also I'm thinking it may be a waste of time and wind up elsewhere with even more money down the drain. How did your internal bra work out for you? Any insight? Thanks and why the way you look amazing!

He told me the same thing for my left that my skin was too thin even though it was fine with 600cc plus then why are you charging more for so called internal bra when it doesn't work??? All his patients sag in a few months but he also happened to stitch my nipple to implant capsule and give me nerve damage and terrible deformity. If I were you or any other girl who is going for another surgery with him after initial unsuccessful surgery I would RETHINK IT because he brainwashes his patients and never admits his mistakes. He sells you internal bra makes yoiu think you boots will last then he says hour skin is thin and you need strattice. The truth is that HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO A LIFT he just overflowoverfills your boobs which attaches your skin out and puts two stitches on the sides which don't hold your breasts at all!!!! He scammed and deformed me

975cc is about a liter. A liter weighs 2.2 pounds.. Per breast. Does that seems like a lot to ask of connective tissue?

Love them so much and already feel like they have been apart of me all my life! Dr Revis is the best out there!!

I'm just curious if you've ever experienced any pain or problems with having larger implants? You read about this and it's hard to differentiate what's true and what's not and it's hard to tell if those complications are due to poor work on the surgeons end. Your input is greatly appreciated!
