I had bottoming out of my right breast and capsular contracture of the left breast after first BA. First BA was with dr leonard gray and cost me 7200$. Had my first child feb 2014. Bottoming out and cc got worse after child. Went to dr don revis 3/4/15 for revision. Went from 500cc saline under the muscle high profile to 625cc overfilled to 850cc saline under the muscle high profile with bilateral internal bra. I couldnt have had a better experience. Dr Revis is the nicest most down to earth dr iv ever met. He has a very nice vibe. Hes honest. He will tell you exactly what you need to hear. He told me he would fix me right up. Those are exactly the words i needed to hear. He was confident he can fix my problem and made this lifechanging miracle he was about to perform sound as simple as a finger snap. And best of all.. He delivers! I could not see how he was going to fix my breasts but he made a way out of no way. Everyone else who i had consults with seamed unsure of the route they would take to fix it. He answered all my questions even if they were ridiculous. He never got upset or irritated by how much time i needed with him to discuss this. He never rushed me. His staff were helpful and understanding.

Looking good feeling good
Well it has been exactly a month and four days since surgery. Im back to all normal activities and have no more pain unless i over work myself i feel spasms a little. My tape has fallon off halfway on one nipple so i cut it off. I dont want to rush the tape off. The incisions is fine like a piece of hair and almost invisible. I posted a pic of them u can see the progress. They are soft and squishy also. :)

My boobs get better every day. They feel wonderful. They look big n fake just how i asked for them to look. Keep in mind im a dancer so this look is fitting to my lifestyle.

How do you feel the internal bra is supporting the implants? Does you feel the weight pulling at the bottom crease? Do the fall under your arms when you lay down?

Yes i feel fully supported and no they stay up on my chest when i lay down. Only thing that bothers me is my skin is alot thinner under my nipple so they arent as high as i want because of that but thats my only very small complaint lol

Wow honey he really did an awesome job on yer boobs! You look fantastic! I love mine but I'm thinking saline might be in my future too, and I'll definitely go back to Revis! Mine are big but don't seem "fake" enough looking lol! I agree yers look huge! :) XX

Probably because yer limit with silicone is 800cc and saline they can adjust it, not sure how big you can go with saline but I think I've seen 2500cc! Plus from what I've been seeing is that if you want big fake looking boobs then go with saline, right Ciara?!

Sorry took so long for me to answer. I chose saline because its safe if anything leaks i will know and it will absorb into my body. I dont feel comfortable putting silicone simply because its not as safe. Plus you can fit saline through a tiny incision as where silicone you typically need more room to get it in. And yes i did want the big fake look and me and dr revis both agreed saline would give me the look i wanted

They look great! I am scheduled for a revision with him in November, but getting super nervous because of a few bad reviews I have read. My situation is very similar to yours but along with bottoming out of one breast and a CC, I also have mild symmastia.

Dont worry hun ull be fine Dr. Revis knows whats hes doing. My boobs looked terrible before and because of that i was nervouse too. Every surgeon has bad reviews just some more than others. The man isnt perfect but id say your chances of success are very high. Especially if u let him know you will leave him excellent reviews if you like them. Just think positive and see your problem fixed as of now. And if u have specific paranoia then i advise u to call and ask to have a scheduled phone consult just to ease ur mind. I made sure to put a dent in his mind so he remembered me a little. Anyways hope the asvice helped and congrats on your upcoming surgery
