I don't think u realize how difficult bottoming out is to correct. It's completely unpredictable how your body will respond and I still am happy with my breasts. There's very few doctors who even fix that issue and I think dr Revis did his best given the situation my right breast was incredibly low. No surgeon is perfect however I feel that he took the best route for me at the time. It didn't seam as if I would need the strattice so he didn't advise of it. And honestly I still dance and no one says anything about my breast being lower so far because it's not that noticeable. It's very slight. So I I'm striving for perfection one might say a strattice is a good idea but he still has fixed me up 90% from where I was before so for now I'm happy with that. I may do strattice with him this summer I'm still deciding. Im sorry u didn't get the results you were looking for but not everyone does well with plastic surgery and many people need several corrections such as myself. I hope u are able to get the look you want. Judging by your pictures I would just get a lift and new implants. Sometimes u have to keep going despite something not working for you and keep trying if u want it bad enough

I do agree that maybe it is cc recurring but my breasts were always naturally high up like the cc breast and it doesn't hurt and isn't hard like before so it's really hard to say. I will say that I'm a heavy smoker and although I always quit for surgery I do think that could play a part in the cc recurring

Nope no issues at all the internal bra has become one with my body i can do everything i was able to do before

Not too bad but saggier then someone with my build should be. My issue has been the breast that bottomed out before has slowly began to bottom out again despite the constant wear of an underwire bra. It's not as bad as it was before but it's def there n getting worse. He has offered to put in the strattice for me but I would hav to pay for the strattice and the hospital fees n I just don't hav that much money to spend on something that is purely cosmetic. I'm not rich and so far I hav spent almost 20k on my breasts n still hav the same problem again. It makes me less eager to get it fixed because what if even after that it comes back. He has been very responsive and trying to help me fix the issue in the most cost effective way. Nothing is ever a guarantee and do I think he's a bad doctor no because he did his best n I hav enjoyed my boobs being even while it lasted lol

Yes i feel fully supported and no they stay up on my chest when i lay down. Only thing that bothers me is my skin is alot thinner under my nipple so they arent as high as i want because of that but thats my only very small complaint lol

Why choose saline over silicone ? Just curious in the difference

Probably because yer limit with silicone is 800cc and saline they can adjust it, not sure how big you can go with saline but I think I've seen 2500cc! Plus from what I've been seeing is that if you want big fake looking boobs then go with saline, right Ciara?!

Sorry took so long for me to answer. I chose saline because its safe if anything leaks i will know and it will absorb into my body. I dont feel comfortable putting silicone simply because its not as safe. Plus you can fit saline through a tiny incision as where silicone you typically need more room to get it in. And yes i did want the big fake look and me and dr revis both agreed saline would give me the look i wanted

Dont worry hun ull be fine Dr. Revis knows whats hes doing. My boobs looked terrible before and because of that i was nervouse too. Every surgeon has bad reviews just some more than others. The man isnt perfect but id say your chances of success are very high. Especially if u let him know you will leave him excellent reviews if you like them. Just think positive and see your problem fixed as of now. And if u have specific paranoia then i advise u to call and ask to have a scheduled phone consult just to ease ur mind. I made sure to put a dent in his mind so he remembered me a little. Anyways hope the asvice helped and congrats on your upcoming surgery
