Bottoming out has returned :(

I had a breast revision with dr Revis and the bottoming out has now returned. My boobs still look good. But once again they are uneven. He has offered to put in the strattice but I hav to pay for it and hospital fees which I feel selfish doing since I have a small child and would prefer to save the money. Don't know if I will go through with the strattice or not based on that. And there is always the possibility of it returning yet again. I included a pic update

My boobs get better every day. They feel wonderful. They look big n fake just how i asked for them to look. Keep in mind im a dancer so this look is fitting to my lifestyle.

Dr revis is the best! He gave me exactly the size i asked him for. Better yet he gave me the best of both worlds! I was torn between double d and triple d. When i got to victoria secret to get sized i was told double d but when i tried on both triple and double d i fit both perfectly. Weird. But perfect! He is a "boob God". I told him i want them very high up amd he definately delivered. I wasnt expecting my breasts to look this good he exceeded my expectations and he really changed my life. I was so depressed for years about my breasts and scared to get another surgery. Dr. Revis is very reasonably priced for the expertise he has. I would choose him all over again a thousand times. Best money ever spent!
