Dr. Spiegel Has a Great Eye for Forehead Work
My experience with Dr. Spiegel for my forehead contouring, brow lift, and hairline advancement has been very positive. I am incredibly pleased with the results of my surgery and I feel, more importantly, that the results look 100% natural.
Everyone at the Spiegel Center was nice, courteous, and understanding from the start. My consultation and pre-op appointments were all incredibly easygoing and professional. I was able to address my concerns with Dr. Spiegel and was happy to see him answer some of my more difficult questions (such as addressing bad reviews) with honesty. It was incredibly important for me to find an honest surgeon who didn't have a chip on their shoulder when confronted with difficult questions. His honesty and comfort with answering my questions sold me on having him be the one to operate on me.
The facility and staff at the surgical center were also very nice, warm, and professional. Everyone, from the anesthesiologist to the scrub techs made me feel welcome and safe. They addressed my concerns about the pre-op process, joked with me, and provided me a level of care that I did not expect. They also provided me with amazing post-surgical care and I felt like they truly cared for my wellbeing as I recovered at home. I work in bedside healthcare and was truly blown away with their bedside manner.
My surgery itself was also amazing. I am truly happy with the results. Everything went as I wanted it to. I no longer have a big brow ridge, my brows no longer droop, my eyes have opened up, and my fivehead has been shrunk into a forehead. As mentioned previously too, I am so very pleased with how natural things look. It was incredibly important for me to find a surgeon who didn't leave people looking shocked or like their eyebrows were trying to leave earth. I'm currently 3 months post-op and everything looks amazing and the scar from my hairline advancement has faded considerably to the point people do not notice it anymore.
The only negative part of my experience was that their payment portal would sometimes just outright decline my payment even though all my info was correct and I had authorized my payment through my bank. It's not even their fault but it still was kinda nerve-wracking given the cost of everything. I ended up wiring my payment so it's easily worked around if someone else has the same issue as me.
Overall I highly recommend Dr. Spiegel for anything forehead or brow related. I can't overstate how happy I am with his work. He did an amazing job with my surgery and I don't have an annoying brow ridge making me not want to leave my house anymore.
