My surgery was almost 10 months ago, still not...

My surgery was almost 10 months ago, still not really happy with the results. I had 320cc Natrelle silicone implants submuscular (dual plane). Apparently this would give me the most natural result. Here's the short version of my story:

Had my initial consultation a year before I finally went ahead. Mr Sinclair was fine, quiet and didn't offer much advice but seemed professional. Went in for my surgery a year later, on a Wednesday. I was home by 4pm that day.
After I woke up I felt fine, and that night was fine too but the next day the pain in the incisions was EXTREMELY painful. Every time I moved, I was screaming in pain. They felt like they were burning, like a hot wire was being held against my skin. I went back to the clinic 2 days after the surgery as I was so worried about the pain, and was told there was nothing wrong. Obviously I'm being dramatic, went home feeling stupid.

Had a post op 3 weeks later, was told all was ok despite the pain in the incisions lasting over a week. Said the results would be good despite a weird indentation starting to appear horizontally across my breasts and my right pectoral muscle involuntarily contracting every time I move even slightly. And I mean really contracting, the way a bodybuilder can contract their pecs. But without me trying.

Went back 4 months after surgery with 2 very obvious indentation lines. Was told this is my old inframammary fold. Why is it visible I asked. This sometimes happens apparently (hmmmmm). Asked what can be done, was told a further procedure is needed, a fat graft from the back of the legs to the breasts. Great. By this stage the contractions in the pecs were slightly better but still happening. Also now have rippling in the left breast at the cleavage by this stage.

Scheduled this further procedure in for a month later, at a cost of £750 as I complained I was unhappy. This surgery was easy, no real downtime. Lost a bit of fat from the legs, gained a bit to the breasts. All placed in the indentations. Was told some of the grafted fat may not survive.

It's now 5 months since that second procedure. Lots of the grafted fat didn't survive. The contractions in my pecs are back to frequent and strong. Breast are weird shaped, flat on the bottom. I can't sleep without a sports bra on, 10 months after initial surgery, as it feels like the implants are being ripped off my chest when I lie on my side. They are extremely uncomfortable and I absolutely cannot lie on my front, can't go for a massage or lie on a sun lounger as it feels like they push out underneath my armpits. I can't do lots of exercises in the gym, no chest work or overhead movements (or pulling from above). Can't go out running as they feel too strange. Also still can't feel the skin on the lower half of my breasts and I can't bear to have my boyfriend touch my nipples, they are way too sensitive.

Not sure what to do now. Wish I'd went elsewhere initially as they have been so dismissive about the fact I'm not happy. I've emailed to say I'm unhappy and couple of times but no one has addressed it properly or apologised. The nurses were lovely, Mr Sinclair seems not to have much time for me or my concerns.

I think I will have to just suck it up for now and think about revision when I can afford it again.
