I had a neck lift two years ago that failed due to my body rejecting the permanent stitches. The doctor was local and near my home. As weeks went by my neck was sagging more and more and my body began to reject the stitches. I realized then that I needed to get a revision. I live in Connecticut and I searched out the best surgeon within an hour from here. I came across Dr. Frank Fechner in MA and I immediately made an appointment with him. His website showed amazing before and after photos and great reviews. He knew I was upset about my neck and told me he could fix it. So I had the surgery in January of this year and I decided to go ahead with face and neck lift ,fat transfer, CO2 laser and a chin implant. He is truly an artist and a great doctor. I am beyond happy with the results. Thanks to him I'm not depressed anymore. I just had my 70th birthday and according to many strangers I look much younger.
