I decided to switch from 300cc saline to 550cc...
I decided to switch from 300cc saline to 550cc silicone. At 1st I thought I was going way to big, however they were not as big as I had thought. So I am VERY happy with the results. I am glad I decided to do it and would totally recommend anyone considering it to do so! It was worth every penny!!! I Love my new implants. The most common question I get is "is there a difference between my old saline and my new silicone" And I say YES! First of course is the size difference, but they are also very soft! They feel more natural! The size may sound huge but I went from a 36c to a 36d and because the recovery was so quick, not to many people know I went back in for new ones! Which leads to my next commonly asked question "How was the pain compared to the 1st time" OMG it was not comparable! I hesitated because my 1st time I felt like I got hit by a truck and recovery felt like forever! Days 1-5 I was sore and uncomfortable, on a scale of 1-10 I would rate the pain at its worst about a 4. And that was getting up from a laying position. By day 5 I was back to pretty much all my regular routines except going to the gym. I think I was a little more sore because I got a lil lipo on the crease by the armpit (which was included at no extra charge). I have NO regrets and am soooo happy with my results!!!

I had 5 consults prior to picking Dr. Ira Rex and I am so happy with my choice! The office staff is absolutely amazing and in my opinion he is an amazing surgeon! The drive for me was about 2 1/2 hours and I have about 25-50 surgeons within that distance. But I knew he was the one! I would recommend that anyone that can go to him take advantage of the free consult and check him out! He is AWESOME!!! This is my 3rd surgery (2 breast augmentations and tummy tuck) and overall it was the absolute best experience I have ever had!
