This is a CONSULT review in regards to treatment by staff, informative value on operations he provides, and displaying non sociopathic or otherwise opportunistic cash grabbing behavior that i have experienced from other plastic surgeons. Davina; front office staff and surgery recommendations by Toby Mayer UP FRONT (looking over photos and discussing them before even having consult and paying a fee). -Actual biological dimorphic "Maxilo-cranio-facial". Toby Mayer and Davina front office staff significantly offered me actual recommendations of biological anatomical facial dimorphisms between both male and biological female ranges and transgender surgery recommendation thereof. The recommendations aren't minimalistic to save money (cutting hmo middlemen), to spare your feelings, or discriminatory in any way shape or form; he will tell you honestly and respectfully within the point of ffs to give you surgical recommendation to see what you need to fit within these ranges... (This is contrary to opportunism i've experience by other plastic surgeons who took advantage of my care; see below) By other Plastic surgeons who do not care; I have received minimal and discriminatory use of DHCS reconstructive statute having my past plastic surgeons within "kaiser" manipulating the reconstructive statute to fall into anatomical ranges for "trans-women" versus DHCS statute (transwomen falling in between male and female ranges on average) "what the patient actually identifies as". The significance of this is whether biological, factual, or actual label or not; This is OBVIOUSLY not what "transwomen ranges" identify as (We identify as JUST WOMEN). A very sneaky way to refuse surgical care that would fall into biological ranges such an opportunistic hospital states in its "non-discrimination notice" that it will not discriminate based off genetics and true identity. afterwards kaiser has ascribed to me and replied to me within the refusal of reconstructive care do to quote "there is a wide difference between transgender women and biological women. This is largely related to genetics". which obviously was contradictory, labeling within discriminatory, and opportunistic to avoid facial surgery that IS RECONSTRUCTIVE WITHING TRUE IDENTITY despite non correlative to what kaiser actually says on their "nondiscrimination notice". (the point of transition to female versus what kaiser has used in such opportunistic evasion of expenditure) -The Front office staff Davina and Toby Mayer ACTUALLY HONORS the realself fee waiver beyond the scope of what normal PPO plans or even some who do say this and yet would cash grab such a consultation fee anyway. This is an EXCELLENT SIGN to display signs that he actually cares and will not evidently as I've seen thus far "opportunistically cash grab money impulse sociopathic in a self advantageous way whether such a surgery will not be performed and it's just a consult; RATHER they actually HONOR patient notice that you have been referred or spotted Toby on realself. Opportunistic staff and individuals otherwise would almost always try their best to charge a consultation fee regardless. -Actual Gender Identity Disorder sensitivity. The staff and Toby will request and use always your name and gender identity that you report yourself as. As is in within the point of Gender identity Disorder, Statute, and very significant both comorbid disorder pool and high risk high anxiety of the transgender population. They are respectful and kind. (Other treatment plans and even staff members of plans like kaiser). Kaiser Permanente had on a multitude of occasions made cruel comments, assumptions, jokes, and gossip within the staff) You will find healthcare plans (like mine); My past HMO plastic surgery and trans care; I had received comments FROM STAFF such as "girls like you creep me out" and "Ma'am or Sir the elevator there is open... Whatever the heck it is". I had also received constant Male pronouns despite them being on my medical record and had in fact filed a grievance with that health plan in regards to not getting the Gender Identity Disorder/Basically identity due to brain disorder and character; Plans like kaiser just do not give patients the sensitivity they deserve. They had started the mst for the wrong reasons; both to seems "inclusive" and get more healthcare hourly compensation for dealing with trans patients in such a lazy careless way. Kaiser Permanente despite me getting deep depth surgery to be with my boyfriend or future men if such a relationship fail; had provided me Botched srs ignoring standard procedure of "penile inversion technique" Simonds instead doing a "scrotal inversion technique and placing ALL the nerves in this very outward and insulting protruding funnel; in a matter presumptuous of my orientation". Of which such major reprehensible action by Kaisers Simonds is in fact a Civil and punitive issue of a cruel nature. (So Staff like Toby and Davina; deserves to place its feet on top of kaiser; (i despise kaisers mistreatment) and Toby and Davina shows signs of being WAY BETTER and more caring than other plans "hmos" who have middlemen, cash grab, and opportunistically manipulate DHCS statute to save money. The Toby Mayer team will honor things and whoop hmos in the tuckus; further recommending MORE SURGERY within actual female biological anatomical ranges. Within the scope of the differential of Hmos and plans like PPOS who actually care about our needs) My respect simply grows for Toby and His staff honoring things beyond the money... <3 Toby Mayer Cuts out the middleman, he honors things beyond opportunism, and PROPER use of both reconstructive statute and gender sensitivity. I sorely need to even feel safe to no longer overcompensate and socially withdrawal as my past male birth gender. THERE ARE OBVIOUS SIGNS SUCH A TEAM AND SURGEON ACTUAL CARES!!!. as well as his front desk staff Davina
