WORTH IT
I had FFS on Nov. 15th. I am almost healed. There is still some swelling in the jaw and chin. The scars are healing nicely. The whole experience was incredibly surreal. I 100% recommend Dr. Spiegel for FFS. I am not quite ready to upload a picture but I am completely satisfied with the results. When I look in the mirror I can the her now. It is an empowering feeling.
Eleanor Partee was my care coordinator and did an amazing job. If there is anything else I need done it will be Dr. Spiegel, no question.

I had scalp advancement, brow lift, forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, lip lift with augmentation, lower mandible contouring, and liposuction in the neck and chin.
Will continue update as the swelling continues to go down.
I am still exceedingly happy with the results.

This is so helpful and you are so beautiful! Thank you for sharing! I want the same surgery but am worried that my eyebrows will not move. Could you give an update on how your forehead feels and if you can move your eyebrows?

I had my ffs with Dr. Spiegel as well. Is been almost a month now. I can move the muscles in my forehead normally from now. I think the last thing to come back normal is the feeling of the chin. But everyday I feel the sensibility coming back a little more. At least in my case.

I can definitely move my eyebrows! My forehead still feels tight and I still firmly all the discomfort and pain has been totally worth it!!

I still have some swelling the jaw and chin area. I still don't have all the feeling in my chin or the top of my head. I still frequently have pain along the scar on the top of my head and the scar below my nose. I still have occasional pain in my nose and having to clean it out all the time with q tips and saline solution kinda sucks. My nose still is pretty tight and so is my upper lip. My face still feels pretty tight most days and it does seem to get better everyday and some days are worse than others. None of the pain is terrible, just kinda irritating and taking tylenol takes care of it. I usually feel the most pain if I haven't eaten and I am moving around quite a bit.
The jaw swelling is what causes most of the tightness and it can make eating and drinking a little challenging because think I have as much control of my lower lip because of the lack of feeling in the chin. You have to take smaller bites and use a straw and it's fine.
There is still some soreness and tightness on the forehead but its minimal. The tightness around the lip can make it difficult to smile at times but it doesn't take much to get it to loosen up.
Overall I am still incredibly happy with the results. It has given me a huge boost of confidence and I see the woman in the mirror looking back at me and I was never really able to before. I would always end up focusing on certain features that would in turn shatter any confidence and make me really insecure when I went out.
