A Dream Come True.

Following Dr. Spiegel's vocal cord surgery I am now able to hit some high notes that I lost way back in 1992 after receiving a tracheal reduction from another surgeon. Back then, my voice and laugh sounded somewhat deep which really troubled me. Currently, I am especially ecstatic with my improved vocal tones whenever I giggle because I can finally show people the real me—a happy, optimistic and fun loving person. I am forever grateful to Dr. Spiegel—my miracle worker—for providing me with a fantastic college graduation present which will enhance my professional career as a novice STEM teacher. During my on-line job interview the principal and vice principal noticed that I was constantly smiling and projected a positive attitude, which is an important quality for a teacher, interacting with disadvantaged children in a high needs school district. This is a dream come true.
