Seamless Experience
Hi everyone!
I’m currently 6 days post-op from a face and neck lift (including under the chin), face liposuction and fat grafting. I had my surgery at Nana Plastic Surgery in Gangnam. My surgeon was Dr. Kwon Hyo Jeong, and I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and professional experience from start to finish.
From the moment I arrived, everyone involved in my journey was genuinely warm and supportive. My consultants — Lily, Jasmine, and Iris — were all sweet, professional, and fluent in English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. Jasmine also helped with my post-op care and instructions — such a kind soul. Alina was another standout — gentle, soft-spoken, and always ready to help with genuine care.
Even the driver, Mr. Kim, who picked me up from the airport, was a gem. We had a delay due to my brother’s lost luggage, but he patiently waited, then whisked our bags away with a smile. Truly kind and helpful.
Every day, when I had trouble ordering a taxi through the app, the Nana team stepped in without hesitation to make sure I had transportation to my follow-ups. And even the staff at O Cloud Hotel, where I stayed, were super accommodating.
Overall, my experience was seamless and supportive. But I will say this — if you’re considering plastic surgery, be prepared for the emotional roller coaster that comes with it. It’s totally normal to feel nervous, anxious, or even second-guess your decision at times.
