Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Pixie ear, rope-like scars and deformed tragus
This is not an easy review to write as I have been a long-time patient for jaw correction and the work provided then was fantastic.
Unfortunately the lower face lift I had last year has been horrible. They ended up doing a revision, which left me with a scar under my chin, as well as pronounced jowls in half of my face, and a severe double chin.
As well, I was left with horrible scarring around both my ear lobes, mutilated traguses, and a pixie ear on one of my ears. I can no longer wear my hair up because the work around my ears is very noticeable.
When I mentioned my concerns about the chin, ears and scarring in my post-op, he laughed, said it was nothing and walked out.
I have gone to another surgeon to try and fix the scarring.
I would recommend Dr. Wittenberg for maxillofacial work, but would not recommend when it comes to facelifts. The revision was worse than the first surgery, and once the post-op is done, the staff ignores you.
I also recommend getting a second opinion before booking any procedure with any surgeon.
