No remorse. Choose wisely . There are better surgeons out there . He doesn’t do his revisions and doesn’t take accountability. Unpleasant, unapologetic , failed to remove bioalcamid filler . Made more damage . . Let me down massively . Expected better from him . Scarred for life
He has no compassion for a botched victim
I have noticed that since I left my review .. more and more positive reviews of JB are up ! What a surprise!!!! Those who are reading this right now .. please don’t risk having any surgery with this man because he won’t fix you afterwards and won’t take any responsibility either. All he wants is money and doesn’t care about making you happy . He ruined my face and then dumped me on a cosmetic clinic and expected them to FIX HIS MESS!!!!
If you seeking revision .. he is NOT the surgeon for you . Behind your back .. he will see you as a serial complainer. I had a severe filler infection and underwent an emergency operation back in 2012 … and yet … he sees it as me being a complainer ?!!!!!!!! Exactly ! Unbelievable ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid ! He won’t look after you if something should go wrong .

UNEVEN EYES
I have noticed that Mr Britto has added a section on eye lids . This surgeon worked on my eyes and tried to convince my husband and I that they were symmetrical ! He wouldn’t listen to us and would NOT take accountability for his poor work on my face. I would not trust him because he doesn’t correct his work . This horrible man told the clinic manager I was a serial complainer in an email rather than admitting poor aesthetic outcome . He made my life hell for two years because he would NOT admit to anything . He also refused to give me my medical notes. It took 6 months and I had to ask 6 times and get the CQC involved ! Dr Britto LIED to the hospital manager and said my notes were extensive and that’s why there was a delay .. it was rubbish ! When I received my medical notes there was hardly anything there ! And the clinic manager UPHELD my complaint and I received a FULL refund from the clinic which was lovely of them . It was Dr Brittos responsibility and he did nothing apart from dump me onto a cosmetic skin clinic . He is unprofessional and I have witnesses of his behaviour .
