Age 50 Facelift and neck lift - I wouldn't trust any other surgeon

At 50 I was not happy with my jowls and sagging neck and I had been researching for several years on the best way to address these. Fillers and Botox simply were not enough any more. I had consultations with several luminaries in the DeepLane facelift world but was disheartened by the extortionist prices, the huge egos and the calculated, manipulated 'before and after' pictures on Instagram. I stumbled upon Dr Ozcan Cakmak through, ironically, Instagram and was immediately intrigued because he did not across like a smooth-talking salesman. Upon further digging, I read his studies, his published papers and his reviews on RealSelf. I had two zoom calls with him where I had a very good feeling that this surgeon really knows what he is doing and he's not selling something he can not deliver. He was optimistic, reassuring but also realistic. This is so important because, make no mistake , whilst this is very serious, invasive surgery, it's not going to turn a 45 + year old woman with significant signs of aging into a 20-something celebrity. The whole process from initial consultations, to flying to Turkey, the hospital, the after care, the immediate responses from Dr Oz himself every time I texted him with a concern or a question was impeccable. I cannot praise Dr Oz enough. Everything proceeded as he said it would. His stitching is very fine and he really tries to conceal the scars carefully. I wouldn't trust any other surgeon other than him to touch my face. Aycha arranged all the cars and chauffeurs and hotels and I really appreciated her telling me i would go through a period of regret (I actually didn't!) because apparently everyone has post-surgery remorse.
I hope he continues his practice for many years because in ten years (hopefully, not sooner!) I'm coming back for another lift!
