After a botched job with another doctor from a mini facelift, I had major jowels, pixie ears, significant scarring, and it affected every aspect of my life. I wore a hat for a year and a half. Hiding was exhausting.

I saw countless other doctors in the LA area who had exorbitant fees, poor follow-up and I really did not feel like they cared about me as a person.
